| Icelandic Sheepdog Association of America Code of Conduct for the Board of Directors The ISAA Board of Directors (BOD) is comprised of Officers and Committee Chairs. The BOD meets online every other month in a designated chat room. Every effort is made to choose a time and day when all Officers and Committee Chairs can attend. Any BOD business that occurs between meetings is handled through email correspondence using the ISAA BOD email address. Members of the BOD are expected to attend and participate in the meetings. Reports from BOD members are required even if the member is unable to attend. If an Officer is absent for more than 50% of the meetings within a 12-month period, they will be asked to resign from their position immediately. This request will be initiated by the ISAA President. Members of the BOD who are involved in breeding Icelandic Sheepdogs must adhere to the ISAA Breeder's Guidelines and Breeders Code of Conduct. As a member of the ISAA BOD, I have read and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Officers consist of: President, Vice-President, Membership Secretary, Treasurer and Recording Secretary. Committee Chairs consist of: Internet, Tracking, Guideline Compliance, Publications, Health & Genetics, Rescue, Title & Events. All members attending the meetings will have voting privileges. |
