IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE SELLER DOES NOT PERSONALLY MEET THE BUYER FACE TO FACE
WHEN SELLING OR DELIVERING THE ANIMAL, WHETHER THE INTERNET IS INVOLVED OR NOT.
